MISTAKE #2 | Focusing on the WRONG things
The internet is filled with fake fitness gurus and misinformation so quite frankly, I don't blame you...
They keep spewing out OBJECTIVELY FALSE nutrition and workout advice... Making it harder for everyone to know what's right from wrong...

- Artificial sweeteners VS sugar
